As Scale continues to build and develop its field marketing and events program, we are looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to support our Frontier Data team in their event and field marketing initiatives. You’ll plan and run a wide range of events, from research conferences to Scale-hosted executive dinners and practitioner meetups, and support our annual flagship conference, the AI Leadership Summit.

What it asks for · 8

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in event marketing, including vendor management, booth logistics, staffing, and executive participation.
  • Experience fully managing and executing events ranging from small, intimate executive-level gatherings to large conferences with 1,000+ attendees.
  • Exceptional program management and multitasking skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you’ll be working with senior executives and their teams.
  • A strong sense of what white-glove service looks like and the attention to detail to deliver it.
  • A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, comfortable working independently and across teams and time zones.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Also a plus

  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience planning and running executive dinners, VIP experiences, or similar high-touch events.
  • Experience in AI, tech, or B2B events.

  • Execute end-to-end planning and logistics for executive dinners, meetups, happy hours, sponsored research conferences and trade shows, and virtual events.
  • Design event programs that support sales goals, pipeline growth, and deal acceleration.
  • Support event logistics for our annual flagship conference, the AI Leadership Summit.
  • Manage event budgets and relationships with event production firms, contractors, and outside vendors.
  • Partner with growth marketing on campaigns and MQL reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and engineering to define event goals, shape content, and deliver against shared KPIs.
  • Track event performance, measuring ROI and key metrics in Salesforce.
  • Work with external executives and their teams to secure speakers and support their presentation planning.

How this page was made

An automated read of a public job posting, fetched October 30, 2026 and last changed by Scale AI on October 22, 2026. Every list above is pulled from the posting’s own sentences — nothing rewritten, nothing added, no judgment about the role or the company. Counts and seniority are read off the text by rule, so they can be wrong where the posting is unusual. The original is the only thing that binds. Openings close without warning; check the source before spending an evening on it.
