Not used to train models. Anthropic's API is used under their no-training policy. Your resumes, job descriptions, and tailored outputs are never fed into any model's training set — ours, Anthropic's, or anyone else's.
Honesty Receipts are signed locally and stored in Redis with a 90-day TTL. The signing key never leaves Vercel's encrypted env. The verify page validates against our public key endpoint — anyone can verify offline.
Delete on request. One email to contact and your account, history, voice constitution, and outstanding receipts are purged within 7 days.

What's actually free?
One tailor every 24 hours, no account required. The full two-pass engine, the Honesty Receipt, the verify URL — all of it. The PDF carries a small 'reframed.works' footer; signed receipts on paid tiers don't.
What happens at the daily limit?
On Free, you wait until tomorrow. On Pro, the web is unlimited but the API caps at 20 tailors/day; Plus caps at 100/day. Builder is metered, so you keep going until the $200/month hard cap, then it stops.
Why is the API capped on Pro and Plus?
API access exists for personal scripts and agents — not for batch processing third-party resumes. Hard caps prevent recruiter scraping; the Builder tier exists for power users who actually need volume.
Can recruiters use the API to screen candidates?
No. All applicant tiers (Free, Pro, Plus, Builder) are licensed for personal career use only. Recruiter use is a Terms of Service violation. We're shipping a Recruiter tier with proper licensing and verification dashboards — talk to us if that's you.
How is voice 'preserved'?
First pass rewrites for the role. Second pass runs the output through your voice constitution — register, sentence rhythm, vocabulary — to restore what makes you sound like you. The Honesty Receipt makes the breakdown verifiable.
What's in the Honesty Receipt?
An ed25519-signed JSON document attesting what % of the tailor is verbatim from your master, what % is reworded, what % is added to bridge to the role. Anyone can verify the signature against our public key — no Reframed account needed. The verify page lives at /verify/{tailorId}.
Does my master get better over time?
Yes. The longer you use it, the cleaner the receipt gets. Every accepted bridge becomes part of your master donor — verbatim next time, not 'added.' After you download or send a tailor, you'll see a prompt to keep any bridges. One click and they're yours.
Is my data used to train models?
No. We use Anthropic's API with their no-training policy. Your resumes, JDs, and tailored outputs are not used to train any model — ours, Anthropic's, or anyone else's.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Monthly cancels immediately, you keep access through the billing period. Annual is non-refundable but locks in the lower rate for the full year. Builder has no subscription — stop calling the API and you stop being billed.
