You will partner with teams across the Controllership, including Order to Revenue (Revenue Operations, Billing, Revenue Accounting, Revenue Assurance), Accounting, Payroll, Tax, Treasury, and Commissions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Engineering, Go-to-Market, FP&A, Pricing, Sales Operations, and our Internal Audit team. You will own planning processes, project intake and prioritization and drive key trade-off decisions on behalf of the Controllership.

  • Experience in implementing and managing SOX controls on both the business process and IT sides

  • Streamline and own planning, intake, and prioritization processes across the Controllership, ensuring alignment with the Company and Finance team’s goals and strategy
  • Lead and manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs, including working with stakeholders from IT, Engineering, Sales, and other Finance teams
  • Provide leadership and expertise in planning, organizing, and executing high-impact projects that drive operational excellence and process standardization across the Finance team

  • Ensure efficiency in our Accounting processes and close procedures
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across the Controllership to reduce manual work and streamline processes
  • Develop a Global Business Services strategy for global coverage and efficient growth
  • Communication, Reporting & Metrics:
  • Lead executive communications and reporting, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress, risks, and outcomes
