As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll run interview scheduling and candidate communication for Vercel’s hiring teams, so every candidate gets a smooth, efficient process. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the Recruiting team, using Guide Scheduling and Greenhouse to keep every candidate moving. During onsite interviews, you’ll host candidates and provide a white glove experience. This is a contract role with potential to hire. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
