- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for driving Link adoption and revenue growth.
- Set clear goals and operating rhythms for the team, including pipeline management, account planning, forecasting, and opportunity reviews.
- Partner with Account Executives on account strategy, executive engagement, business cases, commercial negotiations, and complex deals.
- Build a high-performing team by hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining strong sales talent.
