As the Online & Regional Events Program Manager, you will build the operating foundation behind Partner Marketing’s online and in-person event portfolio. You’ll turn priorities into repeatable programs, capacity and investment plans, and measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Marketing Operations, regional and global marketing teams, and agency partners, you’ll improve how events are selected, planned, delivered, and evaluated—helping the team scale its impact while making thoughtful trade-offs across resources, timing, and budget.

Define the service offering, operating model, intake process, roles, and success measures; support the selection and onboarding of a global agency partner; and drive adoption of the service across the Partner Marketing organization.
