- Familiarity with modern product & engineering tools — e.g., Jira or Linear, Confluence or Notion, analytics and dashboarding tools

- Program-manage product and technical initiatives — drive cross-team execution from scoping through launch and post-launch follow-through, across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data
- Own program delivery — build and own project plans, map dependencies across teams, independently assess and mitigate risks and issues, and keep initiatives on a predictable timeline
- Translate needs into crisp requirements — turn vague business, clinical, or partner requests into clear, actionable requirements and decisions that product and engineering teams can build against
- Run Product & Tech operating rhythms — lead quarterly planning, goal setting, roadmap reviews, and launch readiness and communications
- Strengthen feedback loops — own and improve alignment, communication, and processes between Product & Tech teams and their cross-functional counterparts
- Drive data-informed decisions — evaluate the performance and impact of major initiatives and prepare and deliver clear, concise recommendations to leadership
- Own core tooling — determine, administer, and improve the operational tooling and systems (project trackers, documentation, dashboards) that give the org visibility and leverage
- Finish the job — ensure initiatives don't just launch, but reach long-term optimization and post-launch learnings
