  • Program support : Help the Industrial Security Lead administer the program under 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), including routine contact with DCSA and customer government program security officers.
  • Clearance lifecycle : Manage collateral clearances and SCI accesses
  • Compliance and reporting: Manage mandatory reporting across our personnel security programs, and keep our SPP audit ready.
  • Contract security : Manage DD254s and subdd254 flowdowns, partnering with Legal, Field Engineering, and Sales.
  • Automation: Partner with the Industrial Security Lead and Corporate Operations teammates to identify repeatable work across clearance tracking, onboarding and offboarding, training compliance, and contract security, and build automated and AI assisted workflows to handle it.
  • Data and intake: Manage the security intake queue and its SLAs, and keep DISS, NISS, SWFT, and internal systems sync and audit ready.
  • Security Education: Develop on demand security awareness training and briefings.
  • Documentation and metrics: Write SOPs and playbooks, and report program metrics to Databricks Federal leadership.
  • SCIF: Work with the Industrial Security Lead cross functionally to plan, accredit, and operate the future SCIF.
  • Civil, state, and local customers: Own our CJIS personnel security program under the FBI CJIS Security Policy and support customer security reviews.
