  • Build Executive & Strategic Alignment: Engage directly with key customer executives and regional System Integrator (SI) / Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partners to secure reference architectures, co-selling motions, and successful downstream implementation strategies.
  • Foster an Inclusive, Builder-First Culture: Promote a customer-obsessed, highly collaborative engineering team culture rooted in technical curiosity, architectural excellence, and diversity of thought.
  • Expand Regional Brand & Market Presence: Act as a key technical leader in Eastern Europe in partnership with Regional Marketing and Field Leadership to drive community engagement, executive roundtables, and developer events.
