As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) Manager supporting our Emerging Enterprise (EE) segment, you will build, lead, and inspire a team of DSAs who help our most innovative, fast-growing customers accelerate their journey from idea to production on the Databricks Platform.

- Ability to manage escalations, forecast usage growth, and operationalize customer success programs.
- Strong communication and executive presence; trusted advisor to technical leaders and C-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.

- Be a Thought Leader and Sponsor: Serve as the technical sponsor for select EE accounts, engaging tech leads and executives to shape customer success strategy at scale.
- Contribute to the DSA Practice: Drive initiatives that enhance consistency, scalability, and innovation across the DSA organization.
