You will use data and qualitative information to help our Sales and Field Engineering Leadership manage the business with a specific focus on Platform health and adoption. This role will support our Genie and AI product lines. This includes serving as a strategic partner for VP-level GTM leaders, supporting essential aspects of our GTM design and annual planning process, building our data and analytics foundation (including executive reporting), and providing health of business reviews. You will work with our Field Engineering, Sales, Product, Finance, Data, Partnerships, and other GTM teams. You will report to the Director of FE Strategy and Ops.

- Provide operational visibility and performance tracking against targets (weekly reviews, async updates)
- Generate deep dives into performance trends with/action-oriented outcomes
- Spearhead GTM operations for new products and partnerships, providing reporting, insights, and recommendations
- Drive necessary GTM changes to scale new initiatives, working with varying x-functional teams
- Inform and enhance product roadmap with voice of the field and quantitative analysis
- Improve GTM visibility into product roadmap and feature releases
- Guide annual GTM planning process (FY and long-range modeling, KPI setting, HC planning)
