- Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for design roles, leveraging recruiting platforms, creative communities, portfolio sites, and social networks.
- Recruit across various Design roles, including Product Design, Brand/Visual Design, and Design Leadership.
- Screen and evaluate candidate portfolios, craft quality, systems thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Partner closely with design leaders to calibrate on craft standards, hiring bar, and team composition.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including portfolio reviews and design exercises, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and stakeholders on pipeline health and recruiting progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in recruiting systems and dashboards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, inclusive hiring practices, and candidate experience.
- Help shape and promote Brex’s design employer brand within the broader design community.
