We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our performance marketing efforts. This leader will define channel strategy across self-serve and sales-assisted journeys, develop programs for distinct customer segments, and own measurable impact from demand creation through customer growth.

What it asks for · 8

  • Have 10+ years in growth or performance marketing at high-growth technology companies with a self-serve or product-led motion
  • Have led a growth marketing function, owning the team, budget, and KPIs across multiple channels, and have been hands-on in the work recently
  • Have driven self-serve and product-led B2B demand generation as well as consumer growth, and have partnered well with enterprise marketing and sales teams
  • Are rigorous about experimentation and incrementality, can pull and check your own numbers, and can hold your own with data scientists
  • Reason from first principles, push through blockers and ship, and bring partner teams along while you do it
  • Communicate clearly in writing and can explain marketing performance to non-marketers and executives
  • Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams
  • Already use AI to work faster and better, have a point of view on how it changes growth marketing, and are excited about Anthropic's mission

Also a plus

  • Have marketed to developers or other technical audiences, or worked on an AI product
  • Experience across both SEO and lifecycle, in addition to performance marketing
  • Experience working on products with dual B2C and B2B funnels
  • Experience working on consumer subscription businesses
  • Founder background

What the job covers

  • Own our global performance marketing channel strategy across all channels, including forecasting, planning, audience targeting, and budget pacing
  • Execute growth campaigns end-to-end across acquisition, activation, and retention, from hypothesis through launch and scale
  • Build campaigns and programs for consumers, developers, and businesses
  • Own self-serve and product-led B2B demand generation for Team, Enterprise and the API, and partner with Enterprise Marketing and GTM on sales-assisted demand
  • Partner closely with Data Science on incrementality, holdouts, attribution, lifetime value and payback
  • Drive experimentation and incrementality measurement, translating results into scalable playbooks across markets, segments, and sales motions
  • Work with Growth Product and Growth Engineering on top-of-funnel experiments, tracking and the marketing stack, so campaigns do not stop at the click
  • Work with Brand, Content and Product Marketing to get high-quality creative out much faster, and take what works in core markets international
  • Turn complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership, shape the long-term roadmap, and lead and grow the growth marketing team

How this page was made

An automated read of a public job posting, fetched October 7, 2026 and last changed by Anthropic on October 7, 2026. Every list above is pulled from the posting’s own sentences — nothing rewritten, nothing added, no judgment about the role or the company. Counts and seniority are read off the text by rule, so they can be wrong where the posting is unusual. The original is the only thing that binds. Openings close without warning; check the source before spending an evening on it.
