You bring a strong background across multiple pillars of Treasury and a track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives through to completion with limited direction and full accountability. You are proficient in using AI tools to drive automation and process optimization, and you'll use Claude to build much of the tooling that makes Treasury faster and more precise.
What it asks for · 4
- Corporate Treasury experience spanning multiple disciplines (for example, cash management, liquidity, banking, debt, investments, or risk)
- A track record of managing and executing complex Treasury-related projects across functions
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and process automation
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships
Also a plus
- 8+ years in Corporate Treasury across multiple disciplines
- Experience designing or operating an in-house bank, a treasury center, or a comparable centralized treasury structure
- Direct exposure to bank relationship management and bank fee analysis, including fee structures and service pricing
- Treasury integration experience in a merger or acquisition
- Experience supporting capital raises
- Experience at a company scaling quickly enough that Treasury's processes had to be rebuilt rather than refined
What the job covers
- Own complex cross-functional strategic initiatives for Treasury. Projects may include standing up an in-house bank, establishing a cash forecasting discipline, or supporting capital raises.
- Build Treasury's AI tooling. Use Claude to build the dashboards and automations that make every part of Treasury faster and more precise.
- Consolidate and optimize our banking relationships. Build a single view of how teams across the company engage our banking partners and identify where opportunities for optimization exist.
- Own Treasury's work integrating M&A acquisitions. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Treasury-related due diligence and integration work.
- Establish the operating cadence that keeps Treasury's recurring obligations on time and accurate. Keep the team in compliance by tracking completion of all debt-related, SOX, and other regular requirements.
- Design and automate cross-functional deliverables. Establish the content and provide the judgment behind the deliverables that give visibility into Treasury's work, such as a Treasury dashboard for the CFO and regular audit committee materials.
