We're looking for a Product Partnerships specialist who has worked inside the security industry to support Anthropic's product partnership strategy across SIEM/SOAR, EDR, identity, cloud security, GRC, and the AI-native security startup ecosystem. You'll collaborate with category leaders, stand-up scaled partner programs, and cultivate a managed community of security startups.

What it asks for · 5

  • Minimum 10 years of experience inside the security industry — partnerships, BD, alliances, product partnerships, or comparable. This is the single most important requirement. We need someone who can operate independently in the security ecosystem from day one, not learn it on the job.
  • Track record landing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships — integration deals, ecosystem programs, or major vendor partnerships in security specifically.
  • Technical fluency in security workflows and AI/ML — enough to engage credibly with CISOs, security architects, and product leaders.
  • Fluency in the regulatory and compliance environment that shapes enterprise security buying (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, sectoral regs).
  • Experience building or operating an ecosystem program or developer/community function in security

Also a plus

  • Experience building or operating an ecosystem program or developer/community function in security
  • An existing network across SIEM, EDR, identity, cloud security, and the AI-native security startup cohort

What the job covers

  • Research and build critical strategic partnerships. Research, source, structure, and close strategic collaborations across the security ecosystem — working closely with internal teams to shape what we pursue and why.
  • Be the domain expert. Serve as Anthropic's internal voice on security partnerships — helping research, product, and Anthropic leadership understand the landscape, evaluate opportunities, and make good calls.
  • Prioritize the ecosystem. Map the sector and sequence the highest-impact organizations to engage. Build a pipeline with a clear point of view on where to focus and where to say no.
  • Navigate complex organizations. Drive partnerships through R&D, IT, legal, compliance, and procurement — with a realistic view of how these deals actually get done.
  • Enable integrations where relevant. Where partnerships include product or platform integrations, work with partner engineering teams and hold the quality bar.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally. Work across research, product, engineering, policy, and legal to structure partnerships that are compliant, deliverable, and valuable.

How this page was made

An automated read of a public job posting, fetched August 26, 2026 and last changed by Anthropic on August 21, 2026. Every list above is pulled from the posting’s own sentences — nothing rewritten, nothing added, no judgment about the role or the company. Counts and seniority are read off the text by rule, so they can be wrong where the posting is unusual. The original is the only thing that binds. Openings close without warning; check the source before spending an evening on it.
