We are hiring a Global Partnerships Lead based in Singapore to own Stripe’s Global Partnerships strategy and execution across SE Asia.

What the job covers
- Act as Stripe’s Global Partnerships Lead for SE Asia Expansion , with end-to-end accountability for the regional partnership portfolio.
- Set and execute the regional strategy across local payment methods, financial partners, card networks, banks, and expansion partners.
- Lead Stripe’s senior external relationships in the region, building alignment and representing Stripe’s strategic priorities with partners.
- Own partnership opportunities from market assessment and strategy through negotiation, contracting, onboarding, launch, governance, and performance management.
- Lead regional expansion-partnership strategy and execution, coordinating the partnerships required to establish, operate, and scale Stripe in-market.
- Translate market intelligence, partner priorities, and ecosystem developments into clear recommendations for Stripe’s product and business strategy.
- Drive cross-functional decision-making on commercial, product, operational, regulatory, and technical dependencies related to regional partnerships.
- Establish and manage partner-performance metrics, including commercial outcomes, product adoption, operational health, and strategic progress.
- Anticipate and manage partnership risks, escalations, and trade-offs, ensuring sustained executive alignment internally and externally.
