We're looking for an experienced Design Leader to oversee our Context Platform Pillar, which homes several critical company initiatives including Design Systems, Code, MCP, CMS, Community, and more. • Lead critique, sprint, and design review practices across the pillar

• Operate hands-on across both people management and strategy and execution
