- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or major billing or ERP platforms such as Stripe Billing, Zuora, or NetSuite
- Experience supporting UAT, defining business requirements, and implementing revenue-impacting process or system changes
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business Systems, with strong attention to detail and end-to-end process thinking

- Help strengthen controls and SOX compliance across revenue systems by identifying gaps and supporting appropriate approvals, audit trails, and segregation of duties
- Support new revenue streams and acquisitions by helping integrate Q2C workflows, billing models, and data flows for accurate, automated invoicing and revenue recognition
- Use data and analysis to validate system behavior, measure performance, and support continuous improvement of the Q2C ecosystem
