We're building the next chapter of AI-native craft and creativity - where craft and technology meet. Our unified platform bridges the gap between AI capabilities and human creativity, and lets professional creatives and designers harness the power of the world’s leading AI models without losing precision, expression, or soul. Together, we’re building tools that help people move faster without sacrificing quality, precision, or craft — a platform where AI supports creativity instead of flattening it. We’re looking for a marketing leader who can make Figma Weave the name people think of for AI-native creative work — and build the brand, the demand, and the team to get there. You’ll own marketing for Weave end to end, operating with the autonomy of a startup and the reach of Figma behind you. Generative media is one of the most exciting and fast-moving spaces in technology. The opportunity is enormous and the audience is passionate. Whoever defines what great AI-native creative tooling looks like and makes the world believe it wins. That story is yours to tell.

What it asks for · 5

  • Experience as an executive marketing leader who has built brand and driven growth at a high-growth software, SaaS, or consumer-tech company
  • A track record as both strategist and operator — you set the vision and you personally ship the work
  • Strong storytelling and creative instincts, paired with the discipline to tie every investment to measurable impact
  • Experience owning and deploying significant marketing budgets, with demonstrated ROI-positive brand awareness
  • A deeply data- and performance-driven approach, setting and managing against metrics across brand and full-funnel growth

Also a plus

  • Experience building and leading teams in fast-moving, ambiguous, category-defining markets
  • Genuine energy for creatives, design, and the frontier of AI, with excitement to help define a new category

What the job covers

  • Define the vision and narrative for Figma Weave in the AI-native creative space, and carry that story into everything we put into market
  • Build brand awareness and love for Weave through bold, memorable, culturally-tuned marketing that creatives are proud to be part of
  • Build and run the growth engine that turns attention into users and revenue across the full funnel, measured and accountable dollar for dollar
  • Hire and lead a small, senior, high-output marketing team, while drawing on Figma’s scale, channels, and talent
  • Set marketing strategy and execute against it directly — moving fast, making bets, and measuring relentlessly
  • Partner closely with product, sales, and design teams, and with Figma’s broader marketing organization, to bring focus and ambition to a fast-moving market
  • Own and deploy significant marketing budgets, tying every investment and tradeoff to measurable, ROI-positive impact

How this page was made

An automated read of a public job posting, fetched August 30, 2026 and last changed by Figma on August 27, 2026. Every list above is pulled from the posting’s own sentences — nothing rewritten, nothing added, no judgment about the role or the company. Counts and seniority are read off the text by rule, so they can be wrong where the posting is unusual. The original is the only thing that binds. Openings close without warning; check the source before spending an evening on it.
