You will own critical compensation processes from strategy and design through execution, communications, enablement, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and execute scalable compensation programs and processes, including compensation and equity cycles, governance, timelines, and tools, in partnership with People, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and business leaders
  • Build dynamic compensation models and scenario analyses to support budgeting, workforce planning, and compensation design for cash/equity
  • Provide operational analysis, reporting, and insights related to compensation programs, trends, market data, and internal equity
  • Oversee compensation functionality and data in our systems and partner with HRIS and Analytics to continually enhance compensation and total rewards tooling
  • Lead communications and change management for compensation programs and processes, including FAQs, manager resources, training, and enablement
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive complex compensation initiatives from design through implementation and continuously improve processes and employee experience
