  • Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers including PBPs, People Leadership, and other Senior Leadership at Datadog
  • Support the design, administration, and governance of executive compensation programs, including executive benchmarking and compensation-related materials for senior leadership and the Compensation Committee
  • Assist with annual executive compensation planning processes and the preparation and validation of compensation data used in public-company disclosures
  • Support compensation planning for entry into new countries and markets, including market-pricing approaches, salary structures, statutory compensation requirements, pay practices, and implementation considerations
  • Support compensation due diligence and integration for mergers and acquisitions, including employee census reviews, job and level mapping, compensation comparisons, incentive and equity analyses, retention planning, and compensation harmonization
  • Partner closely with People Business Partners to provide relevant compensation analyses
