The Recruiting team is responsible for growing our teams at Datadog with great people across multiple technical and business areas. Our recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers, and marketers with strong relationships across the leadership team. As part of our Global Emerging Talent Team, you'll help build the pipeline that fuels Datadog's future, owning the full candidate journey for our interns, new grads, and early career hires across EMEA.

• Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for assigned schools, functions, or programs across EMEA, from sourcing and screening through offer and conversion,
• Deliver a high-touch, consistent candidate experience across every touchpoint: outreach, interviews, events, internship hosting, and offer
• Maintain funnel momentum, diagnose issues early, and unblock your pipeline weekly

Also a plus

• 3-5+ years of experience in campus/early career recruiting, including ownership of complex or high-priority school relationships and programs
• Track record of shaping strategy, not just executing a plan. You've influenced hiring partners with data and driven measurable improvements to pipeline or inclusion outcomes
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and holding hiring teams accountable to shared goals
• History of mentoring or coaching other recruiters and setting the bar for team behaviors
