We are looking for a Program Manager to join our People Team, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer. In this role, you will drive large-scale, high-impact, and cross-functional programs that shape and evolve our People products and infrastructure. You will operate at both a strategic and executional level, partnering across the People Team, and with business and functional stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT, and business leadership to deliver transformative initiatives that support Datadog’s growth. This is a highly visible role requiring strong program management, systems thinking, and the ability to connect initiatives across the organization while improving operational effectiveness and employee experience.
