What it asks for · 6
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Incentive Compensation, or Business Analytics — ideally within a high-growth SaaS and/or multi-national public company
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets; familiarity with Tableau, Metabase, CaptivateIQ (or similar compensation software), and other BI tools is a plus
- A strong problem solver who can recognize patterns and translate data into insights; prior exposure to SaaS economics, deal structuring, or MRR business models is highly valued
- Comfortable operating and thinking in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience presenting to teams of various functions and levels, including C-suite executives
