顧客組織内のキーパーソン・影響力のあるステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持
社内の各部門（Sales、Support、Enablement、Product、Finance、Legal）との密な連携
利用状況データをモニタリング・分析し、更新機会やリスクの早期把握
顧客のプロダクト活用および健全性（Customer Health）の最終的な責任者として対応
