Databricks is seeking an operational leader to serve as Senior Manager, Order to Revenue Process Compliance. As Databricks continues to scale, protecting our usage-based revenue engine requires dedicated oversight at the intersection of product metering, billing systems, and strategic partner relationships. In this role, you will lead the core execution of usage remediation, partner reporting workstreams, and root cause analysis—bridging the gap between raw product metering data and financial ground truth.

  • Metrics, Reporting & Financial Reserves : Maintain necessary metrics, reporting, and data assets to inform leadership decision-making, influence project prioritization to resolve recurring issues, and inform financial reserves or adjustments to revenue recognition processes.
  • Partnership Governance & Outbound Reporting : Catalog and maintain a deep understanding of key partnership terms, create and preserve standard operating procedures (SOPs), oversee the execution of outbound reporting workstreams by staff, and sign off to own operational outcome results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Engineering and business stakeholders to turn usage insights into operational improvements and ensure compliance with partnership arrangements.
