We're hiring a Supply Chain Delivery Manager to own that equipment from purchase order to dock. You will be the site-facing supply chain lead for a regional portfolio of data center projects: tracking every OFE line item against the construction schedule, running factory and logistics escalations with OEMs, holding suppliers and general contractors accountable for delivery performance, and giving leadership a clear, converged picture of delivery risk across the portfolio. Your job is to make sure equipment production and delivery are never the reason a site misses its ready-for-service date.
What it asks for · 8
- 8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or infrastructure program management on large-scale, schedule-driven construction programs.
- Hands-on experience delivering power and/or cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities — transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, busway, chillers, CDUs, air handlers — and familiarity with how those OEMs actually build and ship.
- You've managed cross-functional escalations across construction teams, suppliers, and internal partners, and you know when to expedite, when to resequence, and when to escalate commercially.
- Comfortable reading and influencing construction schedules (P6 or MS Project) and tying equipment milestones to them.
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can turn a messy delivery problem into a one-page recommendation for leadership.
- Data-fluent: you build and maintain trackers and dashboards, and you'd rather look at the numbers than trust a status email.
- Thrive with high autonomy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment; you own outcomes, not just updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Also a plus
- Experience with hyperscale or AI data center construction and OFCI (owner-furnished, contractor-installed) delivery models.
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects (5–10+) across a regional portfolio.
- Working knowledge of FAT/SAT and commissioning workflows and how equipment documentation gates them.
- Heavy-haul / project logistics experience, including international freight, customs, and Incoterms.
- Technical understanding of data center electrical distribution and cooling system design.
- Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and analytics tools (SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Smartsheet/Procore).
- PMP, CSCP, or similar certification.
