You'll work directly with the Head of Investor Relations and the IR team, and cross-functionally with Finance leadership, Finance & Strategy, Capital Markets, Accounting, Corporate Legal, Communications, and Workplace, to make sure every investor touchpoint reflects well on Anthropic. Because the function is still being built, you will often be creating the process rather than following one. This role suits someone who is highly proactive, thrives on structure, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys being the person who makes complex logistics look effortless.

What it asks for · 6

  • Experience coordinating complex calendars, meetings, or events across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including scope, budget, and performance tracking
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated judgment handling sensitive, confidential, and market-sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfort operating autonomously in a newly formed team, including building processes and systems that do not exist yet

Also a plus

  • Experience supporting an investor relations, capital markets, or finance leadership function, ideally in a company that was growing quickly
  • Familiarity with the needs of external-facing, high-stakes engagements
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to identifying and solving problems before they become issues
  • Familiarity with investor relations or CRM tools for tracking shareholder engagement, and comfort using AI tools to work faster
  • Curiosity about financial markets, technology, and AI, and interest in how a research-driven company explains itself to investors

What the job covers

  • Schedule and coordinate investor calls, meetings, and briefings, managing calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones, and helping the team prioritize when investor demand exceeds our capacity
  • Partner with internal teams and on-site staff to plan and execute investor events, visits, and other in-person engagements
  • Prepare the team and executives for investor conversations and capturing follow-ups afterward
  • Own vendor relationships for IR-related services, from sourcing through ongoing management of scope, budget, and performance
  • Help the team set agendas and priorities, tracking deliverables and following up to ensure commitments are met on time
  • Maintain and organize IR records, the investor contact database and interaction history, and shared materials so information stays easy to find and current, and help select and run the tools the team uses to track shareholder engagement
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners on logistical and administrative questions
  • Build and document the recurring processes a growing IR function needs, from meeting request intake through post-meeting follow-up, and keep improving how the team operates day to day
  • Partner with Corporate Legal and Communications on the handling and review of investor-facing materials, so information moves through the right checks
  • Support ad hoc projects as investor relations priorities evolve

How this page was made

An automated read of a public job posting, fetched September 16, 2026 and last changed by Anthropic on September 16, 2026. Every list above is pulled from the posting’s own sentences — nothing rewritten, nothing added, no judgment about the role or the company. Counts and seniority are read off the text by rule, so they can be wrong where the posting is unusual. The original is the only thing that binds. Openings close without warning; check the source before spending an evening on it.
