  • Assess downstream impacts on contract output, approvals, integrations, data and access controls, reporting, and user experience.
  • Maintain visibility into delivery status, dependencies, decisions, risks, and blockers, escalating launch-critical issues with clear impact assessments, options, and recommendations.
  • Confirm that testing, release documentation, rollback and support plans, and other readiness evidence are complete before production changes are made.
  • Develop repeatable intake, testing, release, documentation, and change-management practices, including approved patterns and controls that enable safe self-service for appropriate low-risk changes.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve system reliability, address technical debt, and create reusable solutions across Legal practices.
