The Enterprise team is a team of high-performing Account Executives focussed specifically on the Enterprise segment - comprised of Large, late-stage, tech-forward companies that are achieving significant scale. The CEE team is a highly consultative sales team that is responsible for the growth of Stripe’s largest customers within the region. We work with some of the most ambitious and fastest-growing companies in the world, including Booksy, Maczfit, and ElevenLabs - Stripe’s payments and financial infrastructure unlocks new revenue streams and growth opportunities for their businesses.

  • Recruit, develop and lead a team of new business sales professionals, with a particular focus on the Enterprise segment.
  • Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics.

  • Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle.
  • Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships, up to C-level.
