- Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities, define hiring plans, and develop recruiting strategies that support headcount goals.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
- Advise hiring teams on talent-market conditions, candidate availability, competitive dynamics, and hiring approaches for specialized and senior roles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that build broad, qualified candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a thoughtful, timely candidate experience throughout the process.
- Use recruiting data to track progress, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear updates to business leaders.
- Improve recruiting processes where needed, testing practical changes that help hiring teams move with clarity and consistency.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal, to support a smooth offer and onboarding experience.
- Uphold structured, competency-based hiring practices and help hiring teams assess candidates against the requirements of each role.
