What the job covers
- Support the Global Campaigns, Demand and Field Marketing leadership team on operating cadences and processes, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, annual planning, budget and resource allocation, org-wide goal setting, and communications.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and channel teams to architect and implement scalable operating models to support the end-to-end campaign & event lifecycle, from initial strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization, ensuring seamless integration across various functions and geographies
- Consistently monitor and analyze the campaign production & activation "supply chain" including tracking all key stages, handoffs, and friction points to drive meaningful efficiency gains
- Independently scope and lead strategic programs to solve high-impact problems. This includes developing frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring execution drives measurable outcomes.
- Track, analyze, and report out on key operational metrics and team performance, clearly communicating the health of the campaign & event supply chain, the impact of operational improvements, and the overall effectiveness of campaigns
- Leverage campaign and event analytics to do ad-hoc, deep-dives on user engagement patterns, conversion trends, and growth opportunities across the demand funnel.
