This role supports Datadog's immigration and employee mobility programs across the Americas, helping employees and new hires navigate immigration processes, work authorization requirements, and relocations. You'll partner with employees, Recruiting, People teams, Legal, and external providers to deliver consistent, compliant, and employee-focused support. You'll also maintain accurate program data, coordinate time-sensitive cases, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. As our programs evolve, you'll have opportunities to strengthen processes, improve the employee experience, and contribute to scalable immigration and mobility operations.

  • You have at least six years of relevant experience in Human Resources, People Operations, immigration, global mobility, or a related field, including at least two years directly managing employment-based immigration processes.

How this page was made

An automated read of a public job posting, fetched October 30, 2026 and last changed by Datadog on October 29, 2026. Every list above is pulled from the posting’s own sentences — nothing rewritten, nothing added, no judgment about the role or the company. Counts and seniority are read off the text by rule, so they can be wrong where the posting is unusual. The original is the only thing that binds. Openings close without warning; check the source before spending an evening on it.
