  • Coach your team to build strong and diverse talent pipelines and foster high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates.
  • Use recruiting funnel metrics and market insights to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and drive changes that improve hiring outcomes and team effectiveness.
  • Develop and evolve sourcing strategies, candidate messaging, job descriptions, events, and other talent initiatives to strengthen our ability to attract Enterprise Sales talent.
  • Stay ahead of recruiting and talent market trends, translating insights into training and guidance for recruiters and hiring teams across sourcing, interviewing, profile identification, and process optimization.
