You'll partner closely with EMEA Sales, SDR, and Customer Success leadership, as well as Enablement Curriculum, Program Management, and Operations teams, to translate regional priorities into a coordinated enablement plan across markets and segments — keeping your team's programs tightly aligned with our global Field Enablement standards.
What it asks for · 7
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, training, or a related GTM role, including direct experience as a Field Enablement Manager or equivalent senior individual contributor.
- Prior experience managing people directly, or clear, demonstrated readiness to step into people management — including experience hiring, onboarding, and scaling a team, ideally in a fast-growing or newly-formed function.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA GTM landscape, with experience supporting Sales, SDR, and/or Customer Success teams across multiple markets and languages.
- Track record of partnering with senior Sales, SDR, and CS leadership to translate business priorities into enablement strategy, backed by excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills.
- Strong coaching orientation — certified coach (e.g., ICF ACC/PCC, Co-Active CTI, or equivalent) preferred, or a demonstrated commitment to developing one — paired with expert facilitation experience and familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, Sandler, etc.).
- Data-driven approach to enablement — comfortable using sales performance data, field feedback, and qualitative insights to set priorities and measure impact; experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional European languages a strong plus), and willing and able to travel approximately 30% across EMEA.
What the job covers
- Spearhead the Field Sales Enablement team’s transition from facilitators/trainers to data-driven business partners and coaches who are able to proactively identify GTM knowledge/performance gaps and deliver targeted enablement solutions that drive behavior change
- Manage, coach, and develop your team of Field Enablement Managers — regular 1:1s, goal-setting, performance feedback, and career growth plans calibrated against the Field Enablement career path.
- Own workforce planning for the EMEA team, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new Field Enablement Managers as headcount and market coverage scale.
- Set the enablement strategy and priorities for EMEA in partnership with Sales, SDR, and Customer Success leadership, translating regional business goals into a coordinated plan across your team.
- Establish and maintain a consistent quality bar for delivery — facilitation standards, coaching rigor, program effectiveness, and AI fluency — through practice sessions, calibration exercises, and delivery reviews.
- Serve as the strategic partner and escalation point for EMEA Sales, SDR, and CS leaders, coaching your team to turn field listening into insight that shapes enablement priorities and regional recommendations.
- Keep EMEA aligned with the global Field Enablement organization: partner with the Director and other regional leaders on standards and certifications, represent EMEA in global forums, and report team impact and outcomes to stakeholders.
