  • Own the field marketing strategy, annual plan, budget, and pipeline goals for the Commercial segment
  • Partner with Commercial Sales leadership and set the planning rhythm across Marketing, Sales, and SDR
  • Analyze account, pipeline, industry, geographic, and performance data to identify the highest-potential audiences
  • Build integrated campaigns that combine in-person, digital, partner, content, direct mail, and account-based tactics
  • Shape event strategy, from regional programs to targeted dinners. For larger experiences, partner with the Events team while owning the audience, objective, Sales plan, and pipeline outcome
  • Test new campaign ideas, define success upfront, and turn what works into repeatable plays and documented playbooks
  • Track results (pipeline, conversion, ROI) and present them to senior Marketing and Sales leaders
